WELCOME TO THE
Penn Image-Guided Interventions Lab
Translational research for the development of novel imaging approaches and advanced therapeutics in interventional radiology.
The Penn Image-Guided Interventions Lab is part of the Departments of Radiology and Cancer Biology in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. The interests of our laboratory focus on translational research for the development of novel imaging approaches and advanced therapeutics in interventional radiology. Emphasizing a team science approach focusing on the convergence of image-guided interventions, cancer/vascular biology and molecular imaging, our research is motivated by clinical deficiencies and seeks to go from bedside-to-bench and back again to further diagnosis and treatment.
